Prior to visiting Pfaff, I enjoyed 3 years of trouble free, good service at another Porsche dealer. I never had an issue or a complaint. I switched to Pfaff when I moved back to Ontario. The experience has been anything but good. My vehicle has spent more than 60 days at Pfaff in the past year and was returned to me not repaired. The dealership gave up trying to repair my vehicle.
